Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

6/10

“Maybe a giant tablet like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra seems wild to some, but to me it makes a lot of sense. I love a huge screen; the bigger the better. I want a tablet that can be a work surface, a drawing space, a tabloid newspaper, and a…”

8/10

Verdict: With prices starting at £1199 and going upwards if you need more storage, the Tab S10 Ultra is one of the most expensive tablets you can buy. For around the same money you could have a Surface Pro or a MacBook Air with more power and a wider range of soft...

Pros
  • Incredible AMOLED screen
  • Strong all-round performance
  • S-Pen and AI features bring added value
  • Software is great for complex apps and multitasking
Cons
  • M2 and M4 iPads are even faster
  • Too big, heavy and expensive for many users

“Do you need a 14-inch tablet? The size is so popular in laptops that you would think a tablet of the same size could be a hit. After all, bigger is better, no? That may have been the logic behind the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, the third generation of…”

Pros
  • Anti-reflective display tech
  • Solid battery life
  • Great performance
  • Included S Pen
  • Some useful Galaxy AI features
Cons
  • Too big to be portable
  • Android is poorly optimized for big screens
  • Very, very expensive

Verdict: Biggest doesn't always also mean best, but after a brief demo I'd argue it most definitely does for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Samsung's flagship slate improves on its predecessor with more power, a reflection-busting screen and all of Samsung's latest AI...

Pros
  • Pros
  • Stunning screen that's simply massive
  • S Pen included and Galaxy AI genuinely useful
  • Potent performance for creative jobs and games
Cons
  • Cons
  • Beaten on power by an M4 iPad, iOS has more creator-friendly apps
  • Relatively minor upgrade over last year's effort

“Samsung's Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is here, and it looks like a very familiar device. It sports the same stunningly large 14.6-inch screen as its predecessor, but it's lighter, thinner, stronger and has new anti-reflective screen tech to further improve its…”
