Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Samsung S50GC 34" UltraWide Quad HD LED monitor delivers a 3440 x 1440 resolution on a 34-inch VA panel with a native 21:9 aspect ratio. The flat screen and 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles provide consistent image quality from a variety of seating positions. With LED backlighting and a 5 ms response time, the display balances clarity and motion handling for general productivity, multimedia and light creative work. The monitor arrives in a black finish and supports VESA mounting for flexible placement.

Advantages

The UltraWide Quad HD resolution expands horizontal workspace, allowing side-by-side windows and wider timelines in editing software without scaling. A high typical contrast ratio of 3000:1 enhances perceived depth and black levels on the VA panel, while 300 cd/m² typical brightness keeps images visible in moderately lit rooms. The 5 ms response time helps reduce motion blur during video playback and casual gaming. VESA mounting support enables ergonomic setups and multi-monitor configurations.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the monitor on a stable desk surface or install it on a VESA-compatible arm or bracket following the mount manufacturer’s instructions. Connect video using a compatible cable from your graphics card or laptop; ensure the output supports the monitor’s 3440 x 1440 resolution and 21:9 aspect ratio. Adjust display settings through the on-screen menu to set brightness, contrast and color temperature to match your ambient lighting. For optimal ergonomics, set the top of the screen at or just below eye level and maintain a viewing distance that reduces eye strain.

Recommendations

Use the UltraWide display for workflows that benefit from extended horizontal space, such as spreadsheet work, timeline editing and side-by-side document comparison. Reduce brightness in low-light environments to lower energy consumption. If precise color work is required, consider calibrating the monitor with a hardware calibrator and verify results on a color-managed workflow.
