Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Shipping & Returns

The Samsung GQ77S85DAE is a 77" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with an OLED panel and native resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It runs Tizen for access to streaming apps and smart features, and incorporates Motion Xcelerator technology to improve motion clarity for fast-moving scenes. The set supports DVB-T2 HD terrestrial digital broadcasting and provides both Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN for network connectivity. The exterior has a black finish and a large 195 cm diagonal screen suited for living rooms and dedicated home-theatre setups.

Advantages

OLED display technology delivers deep blacks and wide viewing angles while the 4K Ultra HD resolution ensures detailed image reproduction. Motion Xcelerator reduces blur in fast action and sports content. The Tizen operating system offers a familiar smart-TV interface with access to popular streaming services, and the combination of Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN enables flexible network connection options. Energy consumption values are specified for both SDR and HDR usage to help estimate operating costs.

How to use

Place the TV on a stable stand or mount it on a VESA-compatible wall bracket at eye level for comfortable viewing. Connect the TV to power and follow the on-screen setup wizard to select language, network (Wi‑Fi or Ethernet) and scan for DVB-T2 HD channels if required. Sign in to or create accounts for streaming services via the Tizen interface to access apps. Adjust picture mode, brightness and motion settings in the display menu to suit room lighting and content type. Use HDMI inputs for external players or consoles and configure audio output settings for connected soundbars or AV receivers.

Recommendations

For optimal picture performance, use an appropriate picture mode for the content type (e.g., Movie/Cinema for films, Sports for live events), enable Motion Xcelerator where motion artifacts appear, and calibrate basic settings such as brightness and contrast to room lighting. To reduce energy consumption, enable power-saving features when not viewing and prefer SDR content profiles when high dynamic range is not required.
