How to use

Register a Samsung account on your phone and install the Samsung Health app to set up and sync your Galaxy Fit3; health and activity data will be backed up to Samsung Cloud. Use the Home button to return to the home screen or double-press it to open the exercise list. Swipe right for notifications, left for Tiles, down for the Quick Panel and up for the app list. Start a workout manually from the exercise list or rely on automatic workout detection for common activities. Use the touchscreen to change watchfaces, control music, take photos remotely, and reply to messages when paired with your Galaxy smartphone.
