Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Galaxy A36 5G pairs a slim, premium glass back with a linear grouped camera layout and a flat side frame for a minimalist yet durable design. The device features an octa‑core processor with enhanced CPU, GPU and NPU performance, a larger vapour chamber for improved heat dissipation, and a 5,000 mAh (typical) battery that supports 45 W Super Fast Charge. Additional protection includes Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ and IP67 dust and water resistance, while Samsung Knox Vault and long-term support provide advanced security and software updates.

Advantages

The Galaxy A36 5G offers sustained performance for multitasking and heavy applications thanks to its octa‑core chipset and upgraded thermal management. Long battery life and fast charging reduce downtime, and hardware protections such as Gorilla Glass Victus+ and IP67 increase device lifespan. Security is reinforced with EAL5+ certified Knox Vault, and software longevity is supported by six OS upgrades and six years of security updates.

Key specifications

  • Model: Galaxy A36 5G
  • Processor: Octa‑core CPU with integrated GPU and NPU
  • Cooling: 15% larger vapour chamber
  • Battery: 5,000 mAh (typical) with 45 W Super Fast Charge
  • Durability: Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+; IP67 dust and water resistance
  • Security: Samsung Knox Vault (EAL5+ certified)
  • Software support: 6 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates

How to use

Charge the Galaxy A36 5G using a compatible 45 W charger to enable fast recharging. Use built‑in power management settings to optimize battery life for daily use and enable device cooling by avoiding extended CPU‑intensive tasks when possible. Activate Samsung Knox Vault and follow on‑screen setup instructions to secure passwords and sensitive data. Keep the device clean and dry to maintain IP67 protection; avoid submersion beyond the rated depth and duration.

Recommendations

Use official or certified accessories for charging and protection, enable automatic OS and security updates to receive six generations of upgrades, and store critical credentials in Knox Vault for enhanced security. For prolonged device life, use a screen protector and a protective case compatible with the Galaxy A36 5G.
