Salomon Quest Echo GTX Women's Hiking Boots - Coffee/Shadow/Black - EU 40

On a crisp morning in the mountains, a hiker laces up the Salomon Quest Echo GTX and steps onto a dew-soaked trail. The GORE-TEX membrane keeps her feet dry as she crosses a shallow stream, while the Contagrip TD outsole bites into wet rock and loose dirt. With every stride, the EnergyCell midsole cushions the impact, and the Advanced Chassis provides stability on uneven terrain. The high-cut ankle support and SensiFit technology wrap securely around her foot, preventing slips inside the boot. A protective toecap and mudguard shield against roots and scree, so she can focus on the path ahead. This is a boot built for long days in the backcountry, where comfort and protection are non-negotiable.

Good to know

The Quest Echo GTX uses a GORE-TEX membrane that is both waterproof and breathable, so your feet stay dry without overheating. The Contagrip TD outsole is designed for maximum traction on mixed surfaces, from wet rock to loose dirt. The OrthoLite sockliner adds an extra layer of cushioning and helps manage moisture. With a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop and 5 mm lugs, this boot balances a natural stride with aggressive grip. The high-cut design and SensiFit technology work together to lock the heel in place and reduce the risk of blisters. Weighing approximately 430 g per boot (size EU 40), it offers a solid, protective feel without excessive bulk.
