Overview

The Salomon Aero Blaze 3 Grvl is a versatile men's running shoe built for neutral runners who want a smooth, cushioned ride. It blends road-running efficiency with enough traction for light gravel paths, making it ideal for daily miles, tempo sessions, and long runs. The shoe's geometry—32 mm heel, 24 mm forefoot—creates an 8 mm drop that promotes a natural stride while absorbing impact. The Energy Foam midsole is tuned for responsiveness, giving you a lively feel without sacrificing protection. The Road Contagrip® outsole uses a durable rubber compound with multi-directional lugs for reliable grip on asphalt, concrete, and packed dirt. Up top, the engineered mesh upper provides breathable support and a secure midfoot lockdown via regular laces. A plush OrthoLite® sockliner enhances comfort and can be removed for custom orthotics. The shoe weighs approximately 260 g (US M9), keeping it light enough for faster efforts. This colorway—Vanilla, Ojos, and Black—offers a clean, modern look that transitions from workout to casual wear. The shoe incorporates partially recycled materials, aligning with Salomon's sustainability goals.
