Advantages

High-speed steel with 5% cobalt offers excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, enabling drilling in high-alloy steels, stainless steels, and other difficult-to-machine materials up to 1100 N/mm² tensile strength. The split point design eliminates walking and allows accurate hole positioning without center punching. Right-hand cutting with normal helix (Type N) ensures efficient chip evacuation in most materials.
