Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Key Highlights
  • 158 AW Cordless Vacuum Cleaner - The rated motor power is not equivalent to the actual suction power due to leakage through the vacuum cleaner filter and multi-cyclone unit. The roborock H5 model offers 158 AW suction power for the entire device, certified by TÜV Rheinland, ideal for deep cleaning tasks.
  • 3 in 1 Electric Mop - The H5 has three brush heads - a floor brush, a bed brush, and a crevice brush - for better cleaning in every corner. Moonpod vacuum cleaner can vacuum dust from floors, sofas, carpets, walls, windows and cars
  • Support Dust Bag Installation - The H5 is designed to support dust bag installation, which can suck dust directly into the bag, prevent dust from flying, and eliminate the need to clean the dust container when emptying it.
  • 1.55kg Vacuum Body - Ergonomically designed with a 1.55kg vacuum body, the Roborock H5 adapts to the hand's natural contours, ensuring ease of use and greater comfort.
  • Up to 99.997% Microscopic Dust Retention - With a 5-stage filtration system including a HEPA filter, the Roborock H5 can capture up to 99.997% of microscopic dust particles smaller than 0.3 microns
  • 9-Cyclone Design - The meticulously calculated and simulated 9-cone multi-cyclone separation system generates a powerful centrifugal force that deposits dust, debris, and other large particles into the dust bin, ensuring that air passes through the filter unhindered.
  • Up to 60 Minutes Runtime - The powerful H5 cordless vacuum cleaner features Eco, Standard, and Max modes. When fully charged, the Eco mode can be used for 60 minutes, making daily cleaning easier
