RIDI SARA220 LED Recessed Downlight 22W 2200lm 4000K IP20 D217mm

LED recessed downlight for renovation projects, delivering a powerful 2200 lumens from just 22 watts. The SARA220 combines a wide, uniform light distribution with a discreet opal diffuser, making it ideal for replacing outdated recessed luminaires in existing ceiling openings. Its die-cast aluminium housing ensures durability and efficient heat dissipation, while the integrated LED module provides maintenance-free operation for years.

Advantages

The SARA220 offers exceptional luminous efficacy of 100 lm/W, significantly reducing energy consumption compared to conventional downlights. The neutral white 4000 K light creates a bright, alert atmosphere suitable for workspaces, corridors, and retail areas. Installation is simplified by the generous 190 mm cutout diameter, which accommodates a wide range of existing ceiling openings. The opal PMMA diffuser eliminates glare and ensures homogeneous illumination without visible LED points. With a rated lifetime of 50,000 hours (L80/B10), this luminaire requires no relamping, minimizing maintenance costs and downtime.

Suitable for

• Renovation and retrofit projects in offices, schools, hospitals, and shops
• Ceilings with existing cutouts between 65 mm and 180 mm (using appropriate mounting accessories)
• Areas requiring high colour rendering (CRI > 80) for accurate visual tasks
• Non-dimmable lighting circuits where constant output is acceptable
• Indoor dry locations (IP20) such as suspended ceilings and plasterboard ceilings
