Stoppages are avoided and time is saved thanks to state-of-the-art paper protection features such as Stapled Document Detection and Automatic Skew Correction. The Intelligent Multi-Feed Function also understands when to stop for labels, sticky notes or photos, and when not to.
Many different types of documents can be handled without fuss or interruption because of its two feed paths; the classic U-turn ADF, and the straight-through path which accepts documents up to 1.25mm thick. And mixed batches are no problem thanks to the Automatic Profile Selection feature.

How to use

Place documents in the automatic document feeder and select the appropriate scan profile or let Automatic Profile Selection choose the correct settings for mixed batches. Use the straight-through path for thicker media up to 1.25 mm and the U-turn path for standard paper. Choose USB 3.2 or network connection depending on your setup. Start scanning from the scanner panel or from your capture software (PaperStream Capture, PaperStream ClickScan or compatible third-party applications). Regularly run the daily cleaning mode and follow on-screen prompts for maintenance when the scanner is opened.
