Report cover ESSELTE A4 polypropylene (PP) light blue — 310×226 mm

ESSELTE A4 report cover in light blue is a slim, durable document folder made from polypropylene (PP) designed to protect and present single sheets and stapled reports. With external dimensions of 310 × 226 mm it accommodates A4 papers comfortably while providing extra margin space for notes and headers. The smooth, water-resistant polypropylene surface reduces wear and makes the cover easy to clean, while the lightweight construction keeps storage and transport efficient.

Advantages

The polypropylene material ensures flexibility and resistance to tearing, moisture and everyday abrasions, extending the life of stored documents. The light blue colour provides a discreet, professional look suitable for offices and educational settings. The slightly oversized external dimensions give space for documents with attachments or tabs and help prevent edges from bending. Its slim profile minimises bulk when filing or carrying multiple report covers.

How to use

Open the cover and insert A4 pages so that the document sits centrally within the larger external dimensions. Close the cover and align edges to avoid creasing. For stapled or bound reports, position the spine along the cover edge; for loose sheets, group them and ensure they do not exceed the cover capacity. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dust or marks; avoid aggressive solvents.

Recommendations

Store report covers flat or upright in a folder or drawer to prevent bending. Use one cover per report or group related documents by colour to simplify retrieval. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to keep the colour consistent and extend material life.
