How to use

Place the RACLETTE Delice Basic on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect the appliance to a suitable mains outlet. Choose and mount the desired grill plate (natural stone or die-cast aluminium) and preheat using the temperature control until the indicator light shows the selected setting. Use the non-stick pans and spatulas for melting cheese or warming ingredients; use the grill plate for searing or grilling meats and vegetables. Adjust the temperature continuously to match the food — lower settings for melting cheese, higher for grilling. After use, unplug and allow the unit and plates to cool before cleaning. Wipe the Greblon®-coated surfaces with a soft cloth; follow the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations for the natural stone plate.

Recommendations
