Rack base Rittal 8620.036

The Rittal 8620.036 rack base is a steel trim panel designed to finish and stabilise the sides of a base/plinth unit. It is intended for use at the depth of the base to close off the side, and can be fitted between two bayed enclosures to stabilise corner pieces. The panel is 100 mm high and may be combined with 200 mm high bases or plinths when required. The product is finished in black and provides a stable foundation for rack equipment.

How to use

Position the trim panel at the depth of the base/plinth unit to close the side opening, aligning mounting points with the base frame. When used between two bayed enclosures, place the panel to bridge and stabilise the corner pieces before securing with the appropriate fasteners. If combining with a 200 mm high base, fit panels in sequence according to the rack manufacturer’s assembly instructions.
