The only condition to be fulfilled in order not to damage the battery is to use a battery with the same voltage, capacity and degree of wear. If you want to increase the voltage, you must connect the battery in series, i.e. (+) with (-). If we want to increase capacity, we connect in parallel (+) with (+) and (-) with (-). A maximum of 4 batteries can be connected together. So, for example, connecting in parallel four batteries with a capacity of 200Ah and a voltage of 12.8V will increase the capacity to 800Ah and the voltage will remain the same at 12.8V, in the case of a series connection, the voltages will add up to 51.2V and the capacity will remain the same at 200Ah. How to use

Install the battery in a dry, ventilated location and secure it to prevent movement. Connect to devices using the battery terminals, observing correct polarity. The Qoltec LiFePO4 battery can be connected in series to increase voltage or in parallel to increase capacity; when paralleling or series-connecting batteries, use units with the same voltage, capacity and similar wear. A maximum of four identical batteries may be connected together.

Recommendations

For safe and long service life, charge and discharge within the manufacturer's recommended voltage and current limits, avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures beyond the specified operating range, and ensure the BMS remains functional. When combining batteries, match voltage, capacity and state of charge to prevent imbalance.
