The Gardena HandyMower is a battery-powered push lawn mower designed for small gardens up to 50 m². Its compact, lightweight design and 22 cm mulching blade provide easy handling and fine shredding of grass clippings, which are returned to the lawn as natural fertiliser. The mower is compatible with 18V batteries from the POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE and — depending on the battery used — can reach up to 60 minutes runtime. The HandyMower 22/18V P4A is supplied as a solo unit without battery and charger.

How to use

Install a compatible 18V battery from the POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE into the battery compartment and check the LED charge indicator before starting. Adjust the cutting height to one of the three available positions (30–50 mm) according to the desired lawn length. Push the mower at an even pace over the lawn; the mulching blade will finely shred clippings and return them to the grass. For best results, mow when the lawn is dry and avoid excessive overlap of passes.

Recommendations

To maintain optimal lawn health and mower performance, use a fully charged compatible 18V battery and mow regularly at the recommended height. Clear the mower of larger debris before use and store it in a dry place. Replace or sharpen the mulching blade as needed according to wear.
