How to use

Extend the sections one by one and secure each section by turning the swivel locks until the pole reaches the required length. Attach your action camera or compatible mount to the 1/4" external thread on top, or fix the pole to a tripod using the 1/4" female thread at the base. Hold the sponge-gripped handle firmly while shooting and avoid sudden impacts to protect the camera and pole integrity.
