Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Professional installers running audio lines in public buildings need a cable that meets strict fire safety codes without compromising signal quality. The PROCAB CLS215C-B2CA/3 is a 300-metre reel of 2-core speaker cable with 1.5 mm² oxygen-free copper conductors, engineered for fixed installations where low smoke and halogen-free performance are mandatory. Its CPR Euroclass B2ca-s1a,d1,a1 rating makes it suitable for schools, hospitals, offices, and transport hubs.

Key specifications

  • Conductor: 2 x 1.5 mm² bare oxygen-free copper (OFC), 84 x 0.15 mm stranding
  • Insulation: Polyethylene (PE)
  • Outer jacket: Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSZH), black
  • CPR Euroclass: B2ca-s1a,d1,a1
  • Outer diameter: 6.5 mm
  • Conductor resistance: < 13.3 Ω/km
  • Insulation resistance: > 100 MΩ/km
  • Capacitance (cond/cond): < 100 pF/m @ 1 kHz
  • Rated voltage: 300 V
  • Operating temperature: -20°C to +80°C
  • Length: 300 m reel

Why choose it

This cable combines excellent audio transmission with superior fire safety. The OFC conductors ensure low signal loss, while the LSZH jacket emits minimal smoke and no corrosive halogens in case of fire. The B2ca CPR classification is one of the highest for cables, allowing use in demanding building codes across Europe.

Ideal use cases

  • Permanent speaker installations in public buildings
  • Commercial audio systems in offices, retail, and hospitality
  • Educational facilities and healthcare environments
  • High-rise buildings and transport infrastructure

Good to know

The cable is supplied on a 300-metre reel for convenient pulling and cutting. It is intended for fixed installation only, not for repeated flexing. Always follow local regulations for CPR-classified cables.
