We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Thermaltake Toughpower SFX 850 W power supply unit (SFX-850AH8FKG). This powerful, efficient PSU provides stable power to your PC and carries an 80 PLUS Gold certification for high energy efficiency and lower electricity use. It is fully modular, so you connect only the cables you need to reduce internal clutter. Specifications: 850 W output, 9.2 cm fan, active PFC, 4 MOLEX connectors, 1 floppy connector, 8 SATA connectors, a 24-pin motherboard connector, 2x 4+4-pin 12 V connectors, 2x PCI-E 6+2 pin connectors and 1x PCI-E 16-pin Gen 5 connector.
