Power distribution module Bachmann CONNECTUS 6x CEE7/3 sockets, 1x remote switch, 2.0 m cable, grey

The Bachmann CONNECTUS power distribution module provides six CEE7/3 (Schuko) sockets and a separate remote switch, housed in a compact grey enclosure with a fixed 2.0 m mains cable. It is designed to deliver consolidated, accessible AC outlets for home and office electronics, allowing devices such as computers, audiovisual equipment and chargers to be powered from a single module while enabling central switching via the included remote switch.

Advantages

The unit combines multiple grounded Schuko sockets in one enclosure, reducing the need for several individual adapters or extension leads. The integrated remote switch allows centralised on/off control without accessing the sockets directly. A fixed 2.0 m cable simplifies installation and placement near existing mains outlets while the robust grey housing is intended for everyday indoor use. The layout supports simultaneous connection of several devices with grounded protection.

Suitable for

• Desktop computers and workstations
• Home entertainment systems and AV racks
• Chargers for mobile devices and power adapters
• Small office equipment such as printers and routers

Key specifications

• Socket type: 6 × CEE7/3 (Schuko) grounded outlets
• Remote control: 1 × wired remote switch for centralised switching
• Cable: fixed 2.0 m mains cable
• Housing colour: grey
• Intended use: indoor power distribution for household and office devices

How to use

Place the module on a stable surface near a mains wall outlet and connect the fixed 2.0 m cable to the mains socket. Plug your devices into the available CEE7/3 sockets, ensuring each plug is fully inserted and that device power ratings do not exceed the circuit capacity. Use the wired remote switch to turn all connected sockets on or off centrally. Position the module and routed cable to avoid tripping hazards and keep it away from heat sources and moisture.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, distribute high-power appliances across different circuits when possible and avoid connecting multiple high-draw devices simultaneously. Regularly inspect the cable and housing for damage, and do not use the module if any part appears compromised. The module is intended for indoor use only; keep it dry and away from direct heat sources. Follow device manufacturer guidelines for safe power connection.
