Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Joyroom JR-PBM12 22.5W magnetic wireless powerbank with handle (black). The Joyroom JR-PBM12 is a portable 10,000 mAh power bank that supports both fast wired and magnetic wireless charging. A built-in strong magnet ensures a secure connection to compatible phones, while a swivel handle serves as a practical holder for vertical or horizontal positioning. The device includes USB-C and USB-A interfaces and a digital display for monitoring the remaining charge and wireless charging status.

Advantages

The power bank supports Qi 2.0 and full Apple 15W wireless charging, and provides up to 22.5W wired output for faster charging via USB-C. Its 10 N magnet holds the phone firmly without causing damage. A digital display clearly shows battery level and wireless charging activity. The compact form factor with a swivel handle makes the unit convenient for travel and hands‑free use during video playback or calls.

Suitable for

  • Recharging smartphones on the go, including iPhone models compatible with MagSafe-style magnetic charging
  • Hands‑free video watching or video calls using the integrated swivel handle
  • Charging other USB devices such as tablets, wireless earbuds, and accessories via USB-C or USB-A
