The Fischer polymer-modified mortar (FIS V Plus family) is a styrene-free vinyl ester hybrid injection mortar designed for anchoring in cracked and non-cracked concrete and in masonry. Supplied as a two-component ready-to-use paste, it bonds anchor elements over the full drill-hole length and seals the hole. Variants include FIS VW Plus High Speed for faster curing at low temperatures and FIS VS Plus Low Speed for extended working time at higher temperatures or greater drill depths. The product is compatible with approved system components for rebar connections, remedial wall ties (VBS 8), weather-facing wall ties (FWS II) and the TherMax stand-off installation system.

How to use

Select the appropriate FIS V Plus variant for the job (standard, VW High Speed or VS Low Speed) and fit the cartridge into a compatible Fischer dispenser. Attach a static mixer, extrude a small amount to ensure full mixing, then inject the mortar starting from the base of the drill hole and withdraw the mixer while filling to avoid air pockets. Insert the anchor element into the filled hole and allow the mortar to cure according to the product-specific curing time and the site temperature. Replace the static mixer before reusing a partially used cartridge.

Recommendations
