Polymaker PA02036 PolyLite™ PLA is a 1.75 mm white PLA filament on a 3 kg spool designed for reliable, easy 3D printing. Based on a high molecular weight PLA from NatureWorks, this filament offers increased rigidity and consistent dimensional performance for a wide range of printed parts. PolyLite™ PLA includes Polymaker’s Jam-Free™ Technology, which raises the filament’s heat resistance to 140°C to reduce hot-end jams caused by heat creep while maintaining the typical printed part heat resistance of approximately 60°C.

How to use

Load the 1.75 mm PolyLite™ PLA filament into a compatible FDM printer following your printer manufacturer’s instructions. Recommended printing temperatures are 190–230°C with a build plate temperature of 25–60°C. Use printing speeds around 40–60 mm/s and enable part cooling fan. For direct-drive extruders use retraction of about 1 mm at 20 mm/s; for Bowden/indirect drive systems use about 3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s. These settings are starting points and should be adjusted to match your machine and model geometry.

Recommendations

If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry at 55°C for approximately 6 hours before printing. Note that Jam-Free™ Technology increases the filament’s resistance to heat creep but does not change the printed part’s service temperature, which remains around 60°C.
