How to use

Mount the polishing wheel on a compatible mandrel or directly into the Dremel collet with a 3.2 mm shank. For higher gloss results, apply the recommended Dremel polishing compounds: compound no. 421 with wheels for high luster, and compounds 414, 422 or 429 when using mandrel 401. For compound 425 use mandrel 402. Run the tool at a moderate speed, apply light pressure, and move the wheel steadily over the surface until the desired finish is achieved. Clean the surface after polishing to remove residue.

Recommendations

Use appropriate safety gear (eye protection, dust mask) and test on a scrap piece before working on the final surface. Select the polishing compound based on the material and desired shine; start with gentler compounds and increase aggressiveness if needed.
