Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Small. Smart. Utterly versatile.

Think compact. Pick a price to fit your needs. Let Titan OS help you find all the things you love to watch in Full HD, and fast. With clear, crisp sound, pixel-sharp images and seamless voice control, sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Small, smart and versatile
Size matters. With its small, lightweight and compact design, this smart TV is the perfect fit for any space. Blends in beautifully at home or on the go.

Get a better view with HD
Clear images. Pixel Plus picture sharpness. With high resolution and defined imagery, this LED TV shows that every little detail counts.

Colour and contrast with HDR10 and HLG
Brighter colours. Vivid tones. From the darkest scenes to the brightest light, clarity is everything. This is where high dynamic range impresses with clearer colour and contrast.

Dolby Audio for crisp, clear sound
Listen. Hear each moment. This is crystal clear Dolby Audio. From dialogue to dance and from action movie moments to stunning nature scenes, you can experience clearer sound as you go.

Titan OS. Find it easily.
The Philips Smart TV Titan OS platform brings what you love to watch, and fast. From sequels to series and documentaries to drama, everything you want is there at the touch of a button. Whatever you're looking to watch, keep all the best streaming apps easily within your reach.

Connect seamlessly to smart home networks
Matter Smart Home compatibility means you can control your TV via Matter Smart Home app or voice control your TV via Alexa-enabled devices or via your Google smart speakers. This way, your voice can find movies, shows, receive recommendations and so much more.

Add clarity to each word with Vocal Boost
Hear each word clearly. Vocal Boost enables the listener to turn the dialogue volume up or down without any effect on the background sound. You won't miss a single moment now that each spoken sentence comes across with greater clarity.

European values in design
Finding a design that fits in perfectly with your needs can mean everything. Borderless frame. Defined stand. European know-how. This is where design, picture and sound really come together as the smarter choice.

The size that fits your needs
Think versatility. Choose a TV that works best for you. From bedrooms to bathrooms and kitchens to campervans, its compact design fits in perfectly with your space.

How to use

Place the TV on a stable surface or mount it on a compatible VESA 100 x 100 mm bracket. Connect the power and configure network access via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet to use Titan OS and streaming apps. Use the built‑in digital tuners to scan for terrestrial, cable or satellite channels. For voice control and smart home features, pair the TV with Matter‑compatible apps or link it to Alexa or Google smart speakers following the device setup instructions.

Recommendations

For optimal picture quality, enable HDR in supported apps and select the Full HD output in the TV settings. Position the TV at eye level and use Vocal Boost when watching dialogue-heavy content to improve speech intelligibility. Ensure a stable network connection via Ethernet or a strong Wi‑Fi signal for smooth streaming.
