The Fractal Design Torrent White is a high-airflow PC case designed to maximize cooling performance out of the box. It ships with two custom 180 x 38 mm PWM fans (Dynamic or Prisma RGB options) and an improved internal layout that supports both air and water cooling solutions. The open interior, expansive base intakes and large bottom fan support improve GPU and overall component cooling while accommodating ATX, EATX, micro ATX, ITX, SSI CEB and SSI EEB motherboards.

How to use

Install the motherboard and power supply according to their manuals, then mount storage drives in the supplied drive trays or dedicated SSD brackets. Use the pre-installed fan hub to connect included and additional PWM fans for centralized control. For GPU support, assemble and position the included GPU support bracket as instructed. If installing radiators, the front and bottom panels accept thick radiators and push-pull fan configurations; remove the top bezel and use the cable guides and straps to route cables cleanly before closing the panels.

Recommendations

For best cooling balance, use the included 180 mm fans as intake at the front and bottom and set up additional exhaust fans at the rear or top if needed. Choose the optional nylon dust filters when dust protection is a priority, or remove them to maximize airflow during high-load scenarios. When using large radiators or custom water loops, verify clearance for EATX/SSI motherboards and plan cable routing before final assembly.
