Painting set Ravensburger CreArt – cherries (design 25514) – creative paint kit for adults and teens

The Ravensburger CreArt 'Cherries' paint-by-number kit contains a pre-printed, numbered canvas, a set of matching acrylic paints and a numbered guide that leads you step by step to a finished cherries-themed painting. Designed for hobbyists and beginners, this kit allows controlled, guided painting on canvas to produce a detailed decorative image suitable for framing or gifting. The canvas and paints are sized and formulated to work together for an even finish when following the numbered guide.

Advantages

The numbered canvas simplifies composition and colour placement, reducing guesswork and making it easier to achieve clean contours and consistent coverage. Included acrylic paints dry quickly and are suitable for layering and small detail work. The numbered guide provides clear sequence information so painters can work methodically and focus on technique rather than colour matching. Materials are selected to be user-friendly for amateurs while delivering a presentable finished painting.

Suitable for

• Hobbyists seeking a guided canvas project
• Home decor projects or framed wall art
• Gifts for creative friends or family

Key specifications

• Pre-printed canvas with numbered areas for guided painting
• Set of acrylic paints matched to canvas colour fields
• Numbered reference guide for step-by-step painting
• Cherries-themed design suitable for still-life decoration
• Materials suitable for layering and detail work on canvas

How to use

Set up the canvas on a flat surface or easel and arrange the paints and brushes for easy access. Consult the numbered guide to determine the recommended painting sequence. Apply paint to the corresponding numbered areas on the canvas, working from larger background fields toward smaller foreground details. Allow paint to dry between layers if you intend to add highlights or subtle blending. Clean brushes with water after each session and store remaining paint according to the manufacturer's standard instructions for acrylics.

Recommendations

Work in a well-lit area and protect your work surface with paper or plastic. Start with larger, neutral background areas before moving to small details around the cherries to maintain clean edges. If desired, apply a clear acrylic varnish after the painting has fully dried to increase durability and provide a uniform finish.
