Origin Outdoors Phone Security Tether with Carabiner — 100 cm Coiled Steel Wire, Universal Anchor, Anti-Drop & Anti-Theft, Black

Keep your smartphone safe from accidental drops and opportunistic snatches with this 100 cm coiled steel tether, engineered for everyday carry and outdoor adventures alike. The PVC-coated wire stretches to a full metre, giving you freedom to shoot, navigate, or pay without ever detaching from your pack or belt.

Overview

The Origin Outdoors Phone Security Tether combines a lightweight aluminium carabiner with a flexible, weather-resistant steel cable. The universal loop anchors securely between your phone and its case, requiring no tools or permanent modification. Once attached, the carabiner clips to a belt loop, backpack strap, or bag D-ring, creating a reliable physical link that deters grab-and-run theft and prevents costly drops on trails, boats, or crowded streets.

What stands out

• 100 cm coiled steel wire with PVC coating extends smoothly and retracts to a compact size when not in use.
• Universal loop anchor fits virtually any smartphone with a case, including rugged and folio styles.
• Aluminium carabiner is lightweight yet strong enough for daily carry, with a non-load-bearing design clearly not intended for climbing.
• Weather-resistant materials withstand rain, sweat, and UV exposure, making it ideal for hiking, cycling, travel, and festivals.
• Tool-free installation takes seconds: place the loop between phone and case, clip the carabiner to your gear, and you're secured.
