The ONLINE USV-Systeme XANTO 3000R is a double-conversion (VFI) rack/tower UPS that provides continuous power conditioning and backup for servers, network equipment and sensitive IT applications. With an output capacity of 3 kVA / 3000 W, seven AC outlets (C13 and C19), integrated 12 V 9 Ah battery and certification to VFI-SS-111 and EN62040 standards, the XANTO 3000R delivers stable voltage, protection against mains disturbances and short-term autonomy for critical loads.

How to use

Install the XANTO 3000R in a 19" rack using the supplied mounting angle or place it as a tower. Connect critical devices to the UPS AC outlets and connect the UPS to the mains supply. Configure the basic settings and battery deep-discharge protection via the local menu or with the included DataWatch software over RS-232 or USB. For automated shutdown of multiple servers, install the RCCMD agent or use the SNMP adapter and DataWatch professional features. Optionally add external battery packs to extend autonomy; follow the manual for the correct sequence and connections.

Recommendations

Use switchable output sockets to shed noncritical loads during battery operation, enable battery deep-discharge protection to prevent irreversible battery damage, and consider adding external battery packs or the SNMP adapter for longer runtime and centralized management in multi-server environments.
