Office chair Sharkoon OfficePal C40M Mesh seat Meshed backrest, Grey, max 150 kg

The Sharkoon OfficePal C40M is an ergonomic office chair with a grey mesh seat and backrest designed for home and office use. It offers a wide backrest and a breathable mesh construction that helps maintain comfort across different temperatures and humidity levels while supporting users up to 150 kg.

Advantages

The fully meshed seat base and backrest provide durable, well-ventilated seating. Multiple ergonomic adjustments — including chair height, seat depth, backrest height, tilt angle, 4D armrests, and an adjustable headrest and lumbar support — allow customization for a comfortable, supportive posture. A robust nylon five-star base, a class-4 gas lift and large 60 mm castor wheels deliver stable mobility and a high load capacity.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

The OfficePal C40M may not be ideal for those who prefer fully upholstered or cushioned seats rather than mesh. Users seeking a minimalist or ultra-compact chair may find the chair’s adjustable range and larger dimensions unnecessary.

How to use

Adjust the chair height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your thighs are roughly parallel to the ground. Use the seat depth control to position the seat so there is a small gap between the seat edge and the back of your knees. Set the backrest height and integrated lumbar support to align with your lower back and adjust the headrest for neck support. Modify the tilt mechanism and tension for comfortable reclining and set the 4D armrests for proper forearm support while typing or resting.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For prolonged use, combine ergonomic adjustments: set seat height and depth first, then fine-tune lumbar and headrest positions. Use the tilt and armrest settings to reduce shoulder and neck strain during long work sessions.
