How to use

Adjust the seat height with the integrated lever so that your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form approximately a right angle. Position the chair so your forearms are parallel to the desk surface and the backrest supports the lower spine. Use the chair for standard desk activities, meetings, and computer work, taking regular breaks to stand and stretch to maintain circulation during longer sessions.

Recommendations

For extended comfort, pair the chair with an appropriately sized desk and an external lumbar cushion if additional lower-back support is needed. Periodically check and tighten any fasteners and inspect the gas lift and casters for smooth operation to maintain stable and safe performance.
