Notebook cooling pad DEFENDER NS-503 for 43.2 cm (17 inch) laptops, 2 fans, USB powered, black

The Defender NS-503 cooling pad is made for laptops with screen sizes up to 43.2 cm (17"). It combines a compact metal and plastic frame with two built-in fans that run at 1000 RPM to improve airflow under the laptop. The unit connects to a computer via USB using the included 0.47 m cable and has blue illumination. With a maximum power consumption of 4.5 W and a lightweight design of 0.79 kg, this cooling pad fits into work, study and play setups where additional thermal management is required.

Advantages

The cooling pad provides targeted underside airflow through two 12.6 cm fans, reducing operating temperature during prolonged activity. Its metal-plastic construction balances durability and weight, while the integrated blue LED lighting offers visual feedback and a subdued aesthetic. USB power enables plug-and-play operation without an external adapter, and the low power draw keeps energy usage modest.

Suitable for

• Laptops up to 43.2 cm (17") used for gaming or multimedia

Adjust laptop placement if needed to ensure stable contact and unobstructed fan airflow. For transport, disconnect the USB cable and store the pad in a protective sleeve if available.

Recommendations

For effective cooling, use the Defender NS-503 on hard, even surfaces and avoid soft surfaces that block intake airflow. Regularly check the fan area for dust and clean gently with compressed air or a soft brush to maintain airflow efficiency. When using laptops on battery power, be aware that USB-powered cooling may impact overall battery life.
