Nordic walking poles Leki NEOLITE CARBON 125 cm, carbon shaft, white, black handle and strap

LEKI NEOLITE CARBON are Nordic walking poles with a carbon shaft and a maximum length of 125 cm. They have a monochromatic white finish with a black handle and strap. Designed for adults, these poles combine lightweight construction and a slim 1.4 cm shaft diameter to support stable, efficient walking and outdoor fitness training.

Advantages

The carbon shaft offers a high strength-to-weight ratio for reduced fatigue during long walks. A 1.4 cm shaft diameter and lightweight design improve handling and speed of movement. The black ergonomic handle and strap provide secure grip and control. The poles' compact maximum length makes them suitable for a wide range of user heights and typical Nordic walking techniques.

How to use

Adjust the poles to a comfortable length if they are telescopic (maximum length 125 cm). Hold the black handles with the strap around the wrist for secure contact, plant the pole at a slight angle behind you and push off to transfer power through the shaft during each stride. Maintain a steady rhythm and alternate pole planting with opposite foot movement for efficient Nordic walking technique.

Recommendations

Use the poles on paved paths, park trails and firm terrain; avoid prolonged use on overly rough or rocky surfaces to prevent shaft damage. Regularly inspect the handles, straps and tips for wear and clean the carbon shaft with a soft damp cloth.
