Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Step into a home office or corporate workspace where visual clarity and ergonomic comfort matter. The Lenovo T24i monitor, offered here in preowned condition by NORDIC, pairs a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS panel with a fully adjustable stand, making it a practical choice for professionals who spend long hours at their desks. The package includes the power cable and a VGA cable, so you can connect legacy systems right out of the box.

Key specifications

  • 23.8-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution
  • 16:9 aspect ratio, 60 Hz refresh rate, 4 ms response time (Extreme Mode)
  • 250 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 static contrast, 178°/178° viewing angles
  • 72% NTSC colour gamut (99% sRGB) for accurate colour reproduction
  • Connectivity: HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2, VGA, 4x USB 3.0 downstream, 1x USB 3.0 upstream, 3.5 mm audio out
  • Ergonomic stand: tilt (-5° to 30°), swivel (±45°), pivot (±90°), height adjust (110 mm)
  • VESA mount compatible (100 x 100 mm), anti-glare screen, TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certified
  • Typical power consumption: 16.5 W

Why choose it

The IPS panel ensures consistent colours and wide viewing angles, essential for design work, data analysis, or simply reducing eye strain during extended use. The built-in USB hub turns the monitor into a convenient docking point for peripherals, while the ergonomic stand helps you maintain a healthy posture. Being preowned, this unit has been inspected and is ready for a second life, offering excellent value without compromising on core functionality.

Ideal use cases

  • Office productivity: spreadsheets, documents, and web research
  • Home office setups with limited desk space
  • Legacy system connectivity via VGA or modern inputs via HDMI/DisplayPort
  • Multi-monitor configurations using the VESA mount

Good to know

The monitor includes a power cable and VGA cable in the box. For HDMI or DisplayPort connections, you may need to use your own cables. The preowned condition means minor cosmetic wear may be present, but the display and core functions are fully operational. The TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification indicates reduced blue light emission and flicker-free technology, contributing to a more comfortable viewing experience.
