How to use

Load the A4 sheets with printed layout into your inkjet or laser printer according to the printer’s paper feed instructions. Use a template adjusted for 10 labels per A4 sheet or the provided layout in your software to align text and graphics to each 54 × 90 mm card. After printing, separate the cards along the microperforations by gently folding and pulling apart to obtain clean, precise edges. Insert the cards into compatible name badge holders such as Sigel ZB200 if required.

Recommendations

For best printing results, select the correct paper type setting for heavy card (around 180–200 gsm) in your printer driver, allow ink to dry fully before handling, and test a single sheet first to confirm alignment. Store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to prevent warping.
