NIEDAX HUF50/500 Suspension Rod, 500 mm, Sendzimir Galvanized Steel, for 50 mm Cable Trays

For cable support installations where reliable vertical adjustment and robust load transfer are non-negotiable, the NIEDAX HUF50/500 suspension rod stands out with its 50 mm profile height and 500 mm length, purpose-built for 50 mm side-height cable trays and ladders. Unlike generic threaded rods that demand on-site fabrication, this factory-finished component arrives ready to integrate into NIEDAX cable support systems, with Sendzimir galvanization providing uniform corrosion protection across the entire surface. The 40 mm profile width ensures a stable connection to mounting accessories, while the 500 mm length suits standard ceiling-to-tray distances in industrial and commercial settings. This rod is a direct replacement for the HUF50/500 series, eliminating guesswork in specification and procurement.

Highlights

• 50 mm profile height matches NIEDAX cable trays and ladders with 50 mm side height
• Sendzimir galvanized steel for long-term corrosion resistance in dry indoor environments
• 500 mm length covers common suspension distances without cutting
• 40 mm profile width provides a solid base for fastening accessories
• Compliant with DIN EN 10346 for galvanized steel quality

In daily use

Installers appreciate the HUF50/500 for its predictable dimensions and ready-to-use finish. The rod connects to ceiling or wall mounts via standard threaded rods and nuts (not included), allowing precise height adjustment before final tightening. Its metallic grey appearance blends with galvanized tray systems, and the Sendzimir coating resists scratches and minor impacts during handling. For maintenance teams, the rod's compatibility with NIEDAX accessories means replacements are straightforward, reducing downtime in cable management upgrades.
