Network Cable V7 CAT6 Ethernet Shielded STP RJ-45 5m Black

Network Cable V7 CAT6 Ethernet Shielded STP RJ-45 5m Black is a shielded twisted-pair cable designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. The 5 m black cable provides RJ-45 connectors on both ends and S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, supporting reliable data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s for wired network, internet access and other signal transmissions.

Advantages

The V7 CAT6 STP cable features S/FTP shielding that improves protection against crosstalk and external interference. Molded RJ-45 connectors ensure secure, consistent connections and strain relief. With a 5 m length and standard RJ-45 terminations, the cable is compatible with routers, switches, patch panels, modems and network devices that use 10/100/1000Base-T(X) wiring.

Suitable for

• Wired Gigabit Ethernet connections (1000 Mbit/s)
• Connecting PCs, routers, switches and patch panels
• Home and small office networks requiring improved shielding
• Applications where a reliable RJ-45 terminated 5 m cable is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs)
• Rated data transfer: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.2 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch, modem or network port on a PC) and the other end to the destination device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee stable contact. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid placing heavy objects on it to maintain shielding integrity and signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this CAT6 STP cable in environments with potential electromagnetic interference (near power lines, fluorescent lighting or other signal sources). Keep cable runs within recommended lengths for Gigabit Ethernet and replace the cable if the RJ-45 connectors or shielding show visible damage.
