The DeLOCK 86693 RJ45 to RJ45 Cat.6A cable connector is designed to join or extend two RJ45 network cables. Advantages

The connector is composed of five plastic components (one RJ45 coupler, two housing halves and two screw caps) plus four sealing rings to ensure a secure fit. A sealing ring at the housing feed-through prevents ingress between cable and housing and can be opened at the side to insert the cable. How to use

Open the housing and thread each cable through the side-opening sealing ring. Plug each RJ45 cable end into the coupler and close the housing halves around the coupler. Secure the screw caps over the coupler threads; ensure the silicone sealing rings are positioned correctly around the threads. Close the housing fully so the feed-through sealing ring compresses around the cable to form a watertight seal.

For best results, use Cat.6A-rated cables and verify correct seating of the silicone seals before exposing the assembly to wet conditions. Periodically inspect the seals and housing for damage if installed outdoors.
