We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.

How to use

Install the switch in a rack using the supplied mounting ears or operate it standalone. Access the AV GUI to assign factory default AV settings or create and apply custom AV profiles to individual ports. Enable multicasting via the built-in IGMP Plus™ where needed. When connecting multiple switches, use the auto-trunk and auto-LAG functions to simplify uplink aggregation and stacking with other M4350 or M4250 switches.

Recommendations

For AV over IP installations, use the built-in IGMP Plus™ for multicast streams and enable quiet mode in noise-sensitive environments. When expanding the network, connect additional M4350 or M4250 switches to take advantage of automatic trunking and link aggregation.
