How to use

Attach the mount to your desk using the clamp or the grommet mount according to the included instructions. Fix the bracket to a compatible screen using the VESA holes (75x75 or 100x100 mm) or an adapter plate if needed. Adjust height manually within the 0–45 cm range, then set tilt, swivel and rotation to the desired viewing position. Ensure the screen weight does not exceed 10 kg and tighten all fasteners securely after adjustment.

Recommendations

For ergonomic benefit, position the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and keep the viewing distance appropriate for the screen size. Use Neomounts VESA adapter plates if your screen has a different hole pattern.
