How to use

Attach the mount to the desk using the included clamp or grommet hardware, then fix the monitor to the VESA plate. Adjust the arm height, depth, tilt, swivel and rotation to position the screen at a comfortable viewing angle. Route the monitor cables through the integrated cable management channels to keep them concealed. All installation material is supplied with the product.

Recommendations

Use the arm to position the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and maintain an arm's length distance from the display to reduce neck and eye strain. Do not exceed the stated maximum weight of 9 kg and ensure the screen VESA pattern matches 75x75 or 100x100 mm; use a VESA adapter plate if needed.
