Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Brother MFC-L8690CDW is a professional colour laser all-in-one designed for busy office environments. It delivers fast colour and mono printing, integrated scanning and copying, a 9.3 cm touchscreen for direct control, multiple connectivity options including USB, wireless and Gigabit Ethernet, and a standard 300-sheet paper capacity. Inbox toner yields support initial high-volume use with up to 3,000 pages in black and 1,800 pages for each cyan, magenta and yellow.

Advantages

Built with robust components for reliable operation in high-output settings, the MFC-L8690CDW provides consistent performance and long service life. It achieves efficient throughput with up to 31 ppm in both colour and mono printing and duplex scanning up to 56 ipm, which reduces processing time for multi-page jobs. Key specifications

How to use

Place the Brother MFC-L8690CDW on a stable, level surface and connect it to your network using Ethernet, Wi‑Fi or USB according to your office configuration. Load paper into the standard 300-sheet tray and install the inbox toner cartridges supplied. Use the 9.3 cm touchscreen to select settings, initiate print or scan jobs and enable duplex scanning when required. To print from mobile devices or the cloud, enable the desired service (Apple AirPrint, Brother iPrint&Scan, Google Cloud Print or Mopria) and follow the on-screen setup or pairing instructions. Refer to the user manual for driver installation and advanced configuration details.

Recommendations

For sustained high-volume printing use genuine Brother toner cartridges and follow regular maintenance procedures described in the service guide. Keep firmware updated and place the device in a well-ventilated, low-dust area to preserve reliability and print quality.
