Multifunction Device OKI MC883dnv LED Colour Printing

The OKI MC883dnv LED Colour Printing multifunction device combines LED print technology with A3-capable paper handling to deliver high-quality colour documents for busy offices. It produces sharp output at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi and prints at a rated speed of 35 ppm for standard A4/US Letter tasks. Beyond printing, the unit supports colour copying, colour scanning with an optical resolution of 600 x 600 dpi, and integrated fax capability, making it a compact all-in-one solution suitable for departments that require mixed media output and reliable network connectivity over Ethernet.

Advantages

The device uses LED print technology to provide consistent image quality across large runs and a maximum monthly duty cycle suited to high-volume environments. Print speed and high resolution balance productivity and fine detail for business documents, marketing materials and technical drawings. Integrated colour scanning and copying reduce the need for separate devices, while A3 support expands formatting options. Ethernet LAN connectivity enables shared use in team settings, and the neutral black-and-white housing fits typical office interiors.

Suitable for

• Office departments needing A3 colour prints and copies
• Workgroups that require shared network printing via Ethernet
• Businesses producing internal reports, brochures and technical documents
• Environments that demand reliable high-volume printing

Install manufacturer drivers on workstations or use standard network printing protocols to enable shared access. Load paper into the appropriate trays according to size and orientation markings, and set print options from the driver interface to select colour, resolution and duplex settings as required. For scanning and copying, use the control panel to choose colour or black-and-white modes, input the target resolution or number of copies, and confirm the destination for scanned files or fax transmissions.

Recommendations

To maintain consistent print quality and reliable operation, use media that matches the specified paper sizes and weights, monitor consumable levels, and schedule routine checks for paper path and rollers. For network deployments, ensure the Ethernet connection is on a stable subnet and keep device firmware and drivers up to date to benefit from performance and security updates.
