How to use

Mark the drilling position and select an appropriate drill (rotary or hammer) with a compatible chuck. Secure the Bosch EXPERT CYL‑9 5.5 mm drill bit in the chuck, set the drill to the correct mode (rotary for softer masonry, hammer for concrete) and start drilling with steady pressure. Periodically withdraw the bit to clear dust and prevent overheating. After reaching the required depth, clean the hole before installing anchors or fixtures.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and gloves) and follow the drill manufacturer’s instructions. For best results in reinforced concrete, use intermittent drilling and allow the bit to cool. Replace the bit when wear affects hole accuracy or drilling speed.
