We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface and connect it to your computer using the appropriate video cable. Adjust the display settings on your computer for the 16:10 aspect ratio to ensure correct scaling. For multi‑monitor configurations, align the near‑frameless edges to minimize visual gaps between screens.
For best results, use the monitor in a well‑lit workspace and set the system display resolution and scaling recommended by your operating system to take full advantage of the extra vertical space. Position the monitor at eye level and maintain ergonomic viewing distance to reduce strain during extended use.
