The LogiLink BP0040 monitor mount allows you to stand or sit while working by raising your 13–32" (33–81.3 cm) screen to an ergonomic height. Made of aluminium, the desk-mounted arm supports monitors up to 8 kg and attaches to VESA 75x75 and 100x100 patterns. It provides tilt, swivel and level adjustments to position your display for comfortable viewing and reduce strain from prolonged sitting.

How to use

Attach the monitor to the VESA plate using the appropriate screws, then secure the base to your desk according to the included clamp or bolt instructions. Use the gas spring-assisted arm to lift or lower the display to the desired height, and adjust tilt, swivel and rotation to achieve the preferred viewing angle. Ensure the monitor weight does not exceed the 8 kg limit.

Recommendations

For optimal ergonomics, set the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and position the monitor roughly an arm's length away. Regularly alternate between sitting and standing to reduce prolonged static posture, and periodically check that all mounting screws and clamps remain securely tightened.
