Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Everyday Productivity
Expand your view and your productivity with this 54.5 cm (21.45-inch) diagonal, FHD monitor when you're working or learning. This sleek, sizeable monitor makes computing easy and complete via a crisp, smooth screen and simple design, so you can do more everyday.

In Full View

Enjoy how your projects or assignments look on this monitor with excellent, front-of-screen views. It boasts FHD resolution and AMD FreeSync™ technology featuring a 75Hz refresh rate[1] for sharp images and fluid motion.

Modern Design. Functional Fit.

Clear your mind and your desk with a monitor designed to work in any space. Keep the focus on your screen through the sleek profile, neat cable management, and slim stand with adjustable tilt for your perfect view.

Intuitive Inputs. Easy Control.

Make your workspace as simple as possible, so you can concentrate on what you do best. Easily setup your monitor by customizing your settings with the intuitive Joypad OSD button or manage them directly from the screen with HP Display Center[2].

Narrow bezel display

By squeezing a larger screen into a smaller frame, this narrow bezel optimizes your display's appearance with an efficient design.

Easy Joypad OSD Button

It's never been easier to configure your display with the Joypad OSD button to adjust brightness, resolution, and volume.

Low Blue Light Mode

Keep your eyes comfortable with subtly warmer display colors onscreen.

Neat Cable Management

Neat cable management solution for a cleaner workspace and more productivity.

75 Hz Refresh Rate

Experience smooth, life-like video and clear detail with a 75 Hz refresh rate that provides fluid movement from frame to frame. [1]

With the Environment in Mind

Meeting the latest standards with EPEAT® registered, ENERGY STAR® and TCO certifications. [3]

Thoughtful Product Packaging

We use 100% recyclable packaging that meets recycling requirements, so it can stay out of the landfill. [5,6]

HP Display Center

Customize your display with easy, intuitive HP Display Center software that lets you tailor your settings, partition screens, and even dim the screen. [2]

AMD FreeSync™

AMD FreeSync™ technology provides smooth, tear-free videos by reducing input latency, screen tearing, and stuttering. [7]

How to use

Place the HP V22v G5 on a stable desk surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible monitor arm or wall mount. Connect to your computer using the appropriate video cable supported by your system (check laptop or PC video outputs). Adjust display settings such as resolution (set to 1920 x 1080 for native quality), brightness and contrast through the on-screen menu to match your environment. Position the monitor so the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level to reduce neck strain.

Recommendations

For best results, set the display to its native 1920 x 1080 resolution, keep brightness at a comfortable level for your workspace, and use VESA mounting if desk space is limited. Regularly update your graphics drivers to ensure optimal compatibility and image performance.
