Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Redefining Focus
Intentionally crafted to deliver crisp visuals, personalized comfort, and true flexibility, the HP E24t G5 FHD Touch Monitor redefines comfort, so there's nothing between you and your best. Stylishly designed with the planet in mind, this display is the perfect fit for both the office and home.

See it All, Do it All

When the difference is in the details, this 23.8-inch diagonal FHD monitor displays the clarity you need to stay focused through rich 99% sRGB color depth and IPS technology[1]. Plus, take productivity into your own hands with the fast, responsive touch screen, thanks to integrated in-cell technology.

Bring Comfort to Work

When doing your best relies on feeling your best, it’s easy to find all-day comfort with 4-way adjustability optimized by the step-by-step Ergonomic Setup Guide in HP Display Center[3]. Help keep your eyes comfortable with a monitor that comes with flicker-free technology, a 75Hz refresh rate[1] and HP Eye Ease, an always-on, built-in low-blue light filter.

Connect Intuitively

Work how you want with flexible connectivity and settings. Purposefully in reach, the accessible ports make connecting your devices quick and easy, while you effortlessly navigate your on-screen settings with the intuitive joypad OSD button.

IPS Panel

No matter where you stand, IPS technology ensures image accuracy and consistency across wide, 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

Endless Adjustability

Work effortlessly with 4-way ergonomics that help keep your neck, shoulders, and back comfortable throughout the day. Customize pivot, tilt, 150 mm height adjust, and swivel settings to fit you, your desk, and your needs.

Effortless Joypad OSD Button

It's never been easier to configure your displays settings right from the monitor. Simply navigate the on-screen menu with the joypad OSD button to adjust brightness, contrast, and color.

3-Sided Micro-Edge Bezel

Ergonomic Setup Guide

Achieve all-day comfort when you apply the best practices from the Ergonomic Setup Guide. [3]

Enhanced Viewing Comfort with HP Eye Ease

More Ports. More Flexibility.

How to use

Place the HP E24t G5 on a stable surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible mount. Connect the monitor to your computer using the appropriate video cable, and attach peripherals to the built-in USB hub as needed. Use the height adjustment to set an ergonomic viewing position and interact with the touchscreen directly for navigation, applications, or presentations.

Recommendations

For prolonged use, adjust the display height and viewing angle to keep the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and maintain a comfortable viewing distance (about an arm's length). Regularly update graphics drivers for best touch responsiveness and image performance.
