Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Business Mobile workstation Clamshell Black equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265H processor (16 cores), 40.6 cm (16") Full HD+ 1920 x 1200 WVA display with 16:10 aspect ratio, 32 GB DDR5-SDRAM (2 x 16 GB), 1 TB SSD, and NVIDIA RTX PRO 1000 Blackwell 8 GB alongside Intel Arc 140T graphics. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be), Ethernet LAN (10/100/1000 Mbit/s) and Bluetooth. The device is powered by a 96 Wh lithium polymer battery and comes with a 130 W power adapter. It runs Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and is presented in a clamshell black chassis.

Advantages

The combination of a high-core Intel Core Ultra 7 265H CPU and dedicated NVIDIA RTX PRO 1000 Blackwell graphics plus Intel Arc 140T ensures competent performance for professional tasks. A large 16" Full HD+ 16:10 WVA display provides increased vertical workspace and accurate viewing angles. 32 GB DDR5 memory and a 1 TB SSD support smooth multitasking and fast storage access. Modern wireless standards including Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth enable high-speed connectivity, while the 96 Wh battery provides extended runtime for mobile use. Windows 11 Pro offers business-oriented features and security controls.
