Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The DELL Pro Max 14 MC14250 is a mobile workstation built for professional use. It combines a 14" Full HD+ (1920 x 1200) WVA display with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265H processor, 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM and a 512 GB SSD. The system includes an NVIDIA RTX PRO 500 Blackwell 6 GB GPU and runs Windows 11 Pro. The laptop is designed for demanding applications that require reliable compute and graphics performance, while offering modern connectivity including Wi‑Fi 7 and wired Ethernet.

Advantages

This mobile workstation delivers a balance of CPU and GPU power with the Intel Core Ultra 7 265H and NVIDIA RTX PRO 500, supporting graphics-intensive workflows. The 14" 16:10 Full HD+ display provides additional vertical space for content and the 16 GB LPDDR5x memory ensures responsive multitasking. A 512 GB SSD offers fast storage and system responsiveness. Compact weight and a 72 Wh battery make it suitable for mobile professional work.

Suitable for

  • 3D modelling and rendering
  • Video editing and colour grading
  • CAD and engineering applications
  • Software development and data analysis
  • Business users requiring secure and performant Windows 11 Pro

How to use

Power on the workstation and complete the initial Windows 11 Pro setup. Install or configure professional applications needed for your workflow (CAD, DCC, IDEs or data tools). For best graphics performance, install the latest NVIDIA drivers and keep system firmware updated. Connect to wired Ethernet for large file transfers or to Wi‑Fi 7 for high-bandwidth wireless networking. Use the 14" Full HD+ display in landscape mode for design and editing tasks to take advantage of the 16:10 aspect ratio.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads (rendering, long simulations) use active cooling and a stable power source; ensure the latest BIOS and GPU drivers are installed and consider external storage for large project files to preserve the internal SSD lifespan.
